This is the day that my life truly changed, Michael Orvin was born.
Everyone always says that you didn't know you could love someone so much until you have a child, and today I truly understand that.
Michael was born at 10:57 am on June 7th 2010. He weighed 8 pounds 4 ounces and was 21 inches long. He was born with a full head of red hair too.
The labor and delivery was hard, but well worth it, because the moment he was placed on my chest, I knew that I was head over heals in love forever.
The name Michael comes from both his father and grandfather, and Orvin comes from his great-grandfather. We are so proud to have him named after family members, because each person has a quality that we hope Michael will posses some day. Faith, Strength, Integrity, Patience, and Dedication.
We are so very blessed to have Michael in our lives and we look forward to this long journey called parenthood.
